Realtor Expertise: Your property will be listed in StellarMLS through our local Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors (GACAR) office, ensuring maximum exposure to qualified renters.
Referral Fee for Realtor Rentals: If a property rents via a Realtor's referral or tour, we charge a one-time fee of $150 to the homeowner. This does get passed through to the Broker of the Realtor as a said "Commission." You as the housing provider can also negotiate the transaction along with any said commission.
Comprehensive Services: Maintenance Support: With an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, services are available at $55 per hour/per technician, ensuring your property remains in excellent condition. Third Party Vendors may be used due to nature of the maintenance request and/or staffing availability.
Financial Reporting: Our office provides monthly account reconciliation and reporting, with regular audits conducted weekly and monthly by our staff.
Year-End Statements: We supply a 1099 form and an End of Year Statement to streamline your tax preparation.
